• How to Play: Strike the tuning fork gently against a rubber activator mallet or the heel of your palm. Hold it by the stem to allow the tines to vibrate freely and produce a clear, sustained tone.

• Placement: Hold the vibrating fork 1–2 inches from the center of your forehead (third eye area) or gently touch the stem to nearby acupressure points to direct the healing frequency.

When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.
