Serpentine Tumbles

Serpentine is used energetically to clear blocked emotional channels and support safe energy movement through the body. Known for its calming properties, it is believed to help dissolve tension stored in the heart and facilitate emotional detox. Practitioners often use serpentine during kundalini work for its grounding and protective qualities. The stone is associated with self-compassion, steady vital force, and the release of fear-based patterns. Many use it to bridge heart awareness with higher consciousness, making it a common choice for those navigating personal transformation or emotional renewal.
