- How to Play: Strike the tuning fork gently against an activator mallet or rubber puck, then hold it a few inches from your solar plexus area and allow the tone to resonate for 30–60 seconds.
- When to Use: Use during meditation, energy healing sessions, or any time you feel low confidence, digestive tension, or emotional imbalance tied to personal power.
- Placement: Hold the fork 2–4 inches from the body above the solar plexus (just above the navel), or gently place the stem on the skin after striking for direct vibrational contact.

Supplier-sourced products may be fulfilled from Zen Collection's available inventory or sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors after your order is placed. When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.
Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.
