To Use : apply your favorite oil or lotion to cleansed skin, next using a firm grip, scrap the Dalmatian Jasper Gua Sha tool gently against the skin a one direction(typically downward motion). Working on one section on the body at a time. Apply moderate pressure , but ensure you do not press too hard. Once one section is done move on to the next section.
