#### Healing Properties & Benefits

Energetically aligned with the heart, it supports letting go of scarcity mindsets and replacing them with appreciation — a powerful vibration for attracting more of what you value. Use this candle to anchor practices that increase presence, reduce anxiety, and amplify feelings of contentment. Keywords: intention candles canada, meditation candles.
Infused with Reiki by a certified master, this candle acts as a gentle energetic amplifier for your intentions. The warm, uplifting aroma and steady flame help dissolve mental clutter and invite a calmer, more grateful perspective into your daily routine. Ideal for those seeking practical spiritual tools — from meditation and journaling to ritual work — it also serves well in communal gratitude circles or quiet evening practices. As a focused tool among spiritual candles canada, it helps shift the tone of a room toward appreciation and openness.

#### How to Use / Ritual Guide
1. Intention-setting ritual before lighting: Hold the unlit Gratitude Candle in both hands. Close your eyes, breathe deeply three times, and name three specific things you are grateful for. Visualize each item glowing as you transfer that energy into the candle. Speak your affirmation aloud: “In gratitude, I am in unison with the energies of life and grateful for all the goodness my life has revealed to me.”
2. Meditation or journaling companion: Light the candle as you begin a 10–20 minute gratitude meditation or journaling session. Focus on the breath and return to the flame if your mind wanders. Use the candle’s aroma to anchor present-moment appreciation.
3. Space clearing or energy shift: Use the candle during a short ritual to shift the energy of a room — light it near a doorway or central table for 30–60 minutes while playing soft music or ringing a bell. The Reiki infusion and intentional scent help dissolve stagnant energy and invite a peaceful, thankful atmosphere.
4. Gifting or altar placement: Place the Gratitude Candle on a personal altar or gift it to a friend or family member to encourage daily gratitude. Pair with a small gratitude journal or our Abundance Candle for complementary manifestation work.
