Hold a flame to the very tip of the stick for a few seconds until a glowing ember takes hold, then gently blow out the flame so the stick begins to smolder and release its warm, floral fragrance. Allow the smoke to drift naturally through your space, filling the air with its calming, herbaceous energy. There is no need to rush — simply let the incense do its gentle work as you settle into stillness.
As with all burning products, a few simple safety practices will keep your experience peaceful and protected. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the sacred smoke. Never leave a lit incense stick unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room or going to sleep. Keep your burner well away from curtains, fabrics, paper, and any other flammable materials. It is also important to burn incense out of reach of children and pets, who may be sensitive to smoke or drawn to the glowing ember.
