Shipping: Ready-stock items generally dispatch within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.
During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume sales events, or other periods of increased order volume, processing may take longer.
Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.

We recommend ordering well in advance rather than waiting until the last minute. Zen Collection cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date and does not accept rush-order requests or guarantee priority processing.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, custom or made-to-size items and opened consumables can't be returned. Damaged, broken, wrong or missing items are covered under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy.
