Scent intensity and character may also vary slightly between batches due to the handcrafted nature of these incense products. If you have ordered multiple scents, we recommend storing and airing each box in a separate area, as aromas can mingle during shipping.
To begin your Air element ritual, select the incense stick that resonates most with your current intention — reach for English Lavender when your mind feels scattered and you crave stillness, Lemongrass when you are ready to release stagnant energy and welcome something new, or Jasmine when you seek a spark of inspiration and creative flow. Hold the stick at the uncoated end and bring a flame to the tip, allowing it to catch and burn for 10 to 15 seconds before gently blowing out the flame. The tip should glow softly and release a steady, fragrant ribbon of smoke. Place the lit stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder positioned on a stable, non-flammable surface, ensuring the ash falls safely into a tray or onto a dish below.
Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated space to allow fresh air to circulate freely — this also honours the Air element itself, inviting its free-flowing nature into your environment. Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep lit sticks well away from curtains, paper, fabric, and any other flammable materials. Please keep incense out of reach of children and pets, and ensure the holder is placed where it cannot be accidentally knocked over. Extinguish the stick completely if you need to leave the room for an extended period.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
