To use Hem Red Apple Incense sticks, simply hold the coated tip to a flame and allow it to catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the tip glows and begins to smolder. Place the stick securely in an appropriate incense holder — one designed to catch the falling ash — and set it on a stable, heat-safe surface. The warm, crisp scent will begin to fill your space within moments, creating an inviting and uplifting atmosphere perfect for intentional work.
As with all incense, please burn in a well-ventilated area to allow fresh air to circulate comfortably. Always use a proper incense holder to safely contain the ash, and never leave burning incense unattended. Fully extinguish the stick when you are finished by pressing the lit tip gently against a fireproof surface.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
