To begin your ritual with Native Soul Healing Incense Sticks, place your incense stick securely in a heat-resistant holder or burner set on a stable, flat surface. Hold a flame to the tip of the stick for a few seconds until a small ember forms and a gentle flame appears, then carefully blow it out so the tip glows softly and fragrant smoke begins to rise. Allow the natural herbal smoke to drift through your space, knowing that each slow curl carries your intentions outward into the energy around you. There is no need to rush — this is a practice of presence and stillness.
Safety is an important part of any mindful ritual. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the aromatic smoke. Use only a proper, heat-resistant incense holder to catch ash safely, and never place a burning stick near curtains, fabrics, paper, or any other flammable materials. Please do not leave burning incense unattended, and keep it well out of reach of children and pets. When you are ready to extinguish the stick before it has fully burned, gently press the glowing tip into a fireproof surface or a small dish of sand until the ember is completely out.
