To use your Native Soul Palo Santo Incense Stick, begin by placing it securely in a heat-safe incense holder designed for stick incense. Light the tip of the stick with a match or lighter, allowing it to catch a small flame for a few seconds before gently blowing it out. The stick should begin to glow at the tip and release a steady, fragrant stream of smoke. If the ember goes out, simply relight it. Allow the warm, woodsy smoke to drift naturally through your space, and let the stick burn down fully in its holder.
Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated area to allow fresh air to circulate. Use a proper incense holder that catches all falling ash and keeps the stick stable throughout the burn. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room. Keep incense out of reach of children and pets, and make sure it is placed well away from curtains, paper, fabric, and any other flammable materials.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
