Native Soul White Sage and Palo Santo Incense Sticks
Your space has been feeling off lately — heavy, cluttered, like the energy just hasn't moved in a while. You want a reset, something that actually shifts the atmosphere. Native Soul White Sage and Palo Santo combines that sharp, herbal sage scent with the warm, slightly sweet woodiness of Palo Santo — together they make a room smell grounded and fresh in a way that one alone doesn't. Burn a stick, let it do its thing, and your space will feel noticeably different. Check the tabs below for everything you need to know.

Scent Note: Scent is a deeply personal experience — what smells bold and earthy to one person may feel light and sweet to another. Every nose is different, and that is completely normal. Scent intensity and character may also vary slightly between batches due to the handcrafted nature of these incense products. If you have ordered multiple scents, we recommend storing and airing each box in a separate area, as aromas can mingle during shipping.
To use your Native Soul White Sage and Palo Santo Incense Sticks, begin by placing one stick securely in a suitable incense holder or burner that will safely catch the ash as it falls. Hold the tip of the stick to a flame — a match or lighter works beautifully — and allow it to catch and burn for a few seconds before gently blowing out the flame. A soft, glowing ember should remain at the tip, releasing a steady curl of fragrant smoke. Allow the smoke to flow naturally through your space, or gently guide it with your hand or a feather to areas where you feel the energy most needs refreshing.
Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated area to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the smoke. Use only a proper, stable incense holder designed to catch falling ash and prevent contact with surfaces. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always ensure the stick is fully extinguished before leaving the room. Keep incense out of reach of children and pets, and place your holder well away from curtains, paper, fabrics, or any other flammable materials.
White sage and palo santo have long been honoured in various spiritual traditions for their ability to shift energy and create a sense of renewed calm and clarity in a space. Before lighting your incense, take a quiet moment to set a clear intention — whether that is inviting peace, releasing what no longer serves you, or preparing your space for meditation or prayer. As the smoke rises, breathe slowly and mindfully, allowing yourself to arrive fully in the present moment. This simple ritual can be a grounding and meaningful part of your daily or weekly spiritual practice, helping you create a sacred atmosphere in your home whenever you need it most.
