You do not need experience or elaborate tools to work with this set. All you need is a quiet moment, a steady surface, and a willingness to be present. The following ritual guide will help you work with each candle in a simple, grounded way.
- Prepare your space. Choose a quiet area where you will not be disturbed. Clear the surface where you will burn your candle and place it in a secure, heat-safe holder. You may wish to dim the lights, play soft music, or simply sit in silence. Take a few slow, deep breaths to settle your mind before you begin.
- Choose your candle with intention. Select the colour that corresponds to what you most need in this moment. If you are new and unsure, begin with white to clear and open your energy. Trust your instinct. The colour you are drawn to is often the right one.
- Hold the candle before lighting. Cup the unlit candle in your hands for a moment. Close your eyes and bring to mind the intention you are setting. Let it become clear and specific. You are not just burning a candle. You are directing your energy toward something real.
- Speak your intention aloud. As you light the candle, say your affirmation out loud or in a quiet whisper. Some examples to guide you: for white, say I release what no longer serves me and welcome clarity into my life. For black, say I am grounded, protected, and rooted in my own strength. For red, say I have the courage and energy to move forward. For green, say I am open to growth and I welcome abundance in all its forms. For blue, say I communicate with honesty and I listen with an open heart. For yellow, say I trust my mind and I step forward with confidence. For purple, say I am connected to my intuition and I trust the wisdom within me.
- Sit with the flame. Allow yourself to remain present for at least a few minutes after lighting. Watch the flame, breathe slowly, and let the intention settle into your body. You do not need to hold a rigid meditation. Simply be still and receptive.
- Let the candle burn safely. Chime candles are designed to burn fully in approximately two hours. You may choose to let it burn completely in one sitting or extinguish it mindfully and return to it. If you extinguish the candle, do so with a snuffer or by gently pinching rather than blowing, which is traditionally considered to honour the energy of the flame.
- Close your ritual. When you are finished, place your hands over your heart and offer a simple closing. You might say This intention is set. I release it with trust and gratitude. Take one final deep breath and return to your day carrying the energy of what you have called in.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, custom or made-to-size items and opened consumables can't be returned.
