Native Soul White Sage and Palo Santo Back Flow Cones
If your space has been feeling heavy lately — tense after a long week, just off in a way you can't quite shake — it's worth doing something intentional about it. White sage has long been used to clear stagnant energy, and palo santo brings a grounding warmth that helps reset the atmosphere in a room fast. These backflow cones combine both in one slow, satisfying burn that actually makes the clearing feel like a ritual worth doing.

To use your Native Soul White Sage and Palo Santo Backflow Cones, begin by placing a backflow incense burner on a stable, heat-safe surface in a draft-free area. Set one cone into the designated hole at the top of your burner, then carefully light the tip of the cone and allow it to flame for a few seconds before gently blowing it out. Within moments, you will see the signature cascade of aromatic smoke flowing downward through the burner — this is completely normal and is what makes backflow cones so visually distinct. Allow the cone to burn fully, which typically takes around 15 to 20 minutes depending on the size.
Please keep a few safety points in mind throughout the process. Always burn your cones in a well-ventilated room to keep the air comfortable and fresh. Never leave a burning cone unattended, and keep your burner well away from children, pets, curtains, paper, or any other flammable materials. The burner itself can become warm during use, so avoid moving it until everything has fully cooled. Having a small dish or mat underneath your burner is a simple way to protect your surfaces.
These cones combine the grounding, woody warmth of palo santo with the crisp, clarifying aroma of white sage, making them a lovely addition to any personal practice. Before lighting, take a moment to set a clear intention — whether you want to shift the energy in a room, reset the space after a stressful day, or simply create a focused atmosphere for meditation or reflection. Let the flowing smoke serve as a visual anchor during breathwork or quiet sitting, and allow the combined scent to help signal to your mind and body that it is time to slow down and be present.
