Scented Sage Smudge Stick with Palo Santo

Type: Scented Smudge Stick (Blue Sage & Palo Santo)

Size / Weight: Sizes may vary naturally; typically a standard smudge stick size of approximately 4–5 inches in length.

Origin: Blue sage is commonly sourced from California and the southwestern United States; palo santo is typically sourced from South America (Peru or Ecuador).

Scent Profile: A warm, layered blend of earthy, herbaceous blue sage with the sweet, woody, and lightly resinous warmth of palo santo — grounding and uplifting in equal measure.

Burn Time: Burn time varies depending on use; smudge sticks are typically burned in short sessions and extinguished after use, providing many uses per stick.

Contents: One (1) scented sage smudge stick combining blue sage and palo santo.

Natural Variation: As a natural product, each piece will vary slightly in size, shape, weight, and colour. This is part of its beauty and authenticity — no two are exactly alike.

Safety Warning: Always burn in a well-ventilated area. Use a heat-safe dish or proper holder. Never leave burning products unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and all flammable materials. Extinguish fully after use.

To use your Scented Sage Smudge Stick with Palo Santo, hold one end of the stick and carefully light the other tip using a match or lighter. Allow the flame to catch for a few seconds, then gently blow it out so the stick begins to produce a steady, fragrant smoke. Hold it over a heat-safe dish or abalone shell to catch any falling ash as you move through your space. Always burn in a well-ventilated area, keep the stick away from children, pets, and any flammable materials, and never leave it burning unattended. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly into sand or a fireproof dish to fully extinguish it.

To use this stick for energy work, begin in one corner of your room and slowly move in a clockwise direction, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, doorways, and areas where energy feels heavy or stagnant. The combination of blue sage and palo santo works together to help shift the energy in a space, making it feel lighter and more balanced. You can also pass the smoke gently around your body, starting at your feet and moving upward, to help reset your personal energy after a long or difficult day.

For a more intentional practice, take a moment before lighting the stick to set a clear purpose for your ritual. This could be as simple as silently focusing on what you would like to release or invite into your space. The warm, grounding scent of palo santo pairs beautifully with meditation or breathwork, so consider sitting quietly for a few minutes while the fragrance fills the room. Using this stick regularly as part of your morning or evening routine can help create a meaningful sense of ritual and signal to your mind that it is time to reset and refocus.
