To burn Natural Honey Amber Resin, you will need a charcoal disk, a heatproof resin burner or heat-safe bowl filled with sand, and a pair of tongs. Light the edge of the charcoal disk using a lighter or match and hold it with tongs — never with bare hands — until it begins to glow and spark across the surface, which usually takes about 30 to 60 seconds. Place the lit disk into your sand-filled burner and allow it to fully ash over for another minute or two before adding a small piece of honey amber on top. The resin will begin to melt and release its warm, honeyed smoke within moments. A single small nugget typically smolders for 5 to 20 minutes depending on its size and the heat of the charcoal. Always burn resin in a well-ventilated room, keep the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface well away from flammables, curtains, and any surface that can be damaged by heat, and never leave burning charcoal or resin unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times.
