To burn Natural Patchouli Resin, you will need a charcoal disc, a heat-safe censer or fireproof dish, and a pair of tongs. Hold the charcoal disc with tongs and light the edge until it begins to spark and self-ignite, then place it carefully in your censer and allow it to fully grey over — this usually takes two to three minutes. Once the disc is ready, use a small spoon or your fingertips to place a pinch of patchouli resin directly onto the glowing charcoal. Start with a small amount, as a little goes a long way, and add more as needed to maintain your preferred scent strength. Always burn resin incense in a well-ventilated room, place your censer on a heat-safe surface away from flammable materials, and never leave burning charcoal unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and allow the charcoal disc to cool completely before disposing of it safely.
