Remove your bracelet before swimming, bathing, exercising, cleaning or any rigorous activity. Keep away when applying lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products — prolonged exposure to moisture and chemicals can weaken the elastic cord and dull the natural lustre of the stone beads over time.
When you are not wearing your bracelet, store it flat in a soft pouch or jewellery box away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid stacking it with sharp-edged jewellery that could scratch the beads. To cleanse the energy of your bracelet, you can place it in moonlight overnight, use a brief smoke cleanse with sage or palo santo, or set it on a selenite charging plate for a few hours.
Crystal bracelets are made with natural stone beads strung on elastic cord. With regular wear, elastic cord will naturally stretch and weaken over time — this is normal and expected, however we go above and beyond industry standards to ensure the longevity of your crystal bracelet. Most bracelets can be re-strung in person for local customers for a small fee or a stringing kit can set send out to you. Please contact us regarding these services. Please note: Zen Collection is not liable for bracelets that break during wear. We recommend removing your bracelet during activities that place stress on the cord, such as heavy lifting, yoga, or sports.
