To use your Ceramic Chimney Burner, begin by placing it on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials, curtains, or anything that could catch embers. For palo santo or sage sticks, light the tip of your chosen material, allow it to catch a small flame, then gently blow it out so it begins to smoulder — place it carefully inside the chimney opening so the smoke rises upward through the top. For loose resin or herbs, you may place a small piece of charcoal disc inside the base of the burner first, allow it to heat fully, then add your resin on top. Always stay nearby during use and never leave burning incense unattended. The chimney design helps contain falling ash and direct the smoke beautifully upward, making your ritual feel focused and intentional.

Caring for your Ceramic Chimney Burner is simple and helps preserve its beauty for years of practice. Once the burner has cooled completely, use a soft dry cloth or a small brush to gently remove any accumulated ash from the interior and base. For light residue or staining, a damp cloth with mild soap works well — just be sure to rinse gently and allow it to dry fully before using it again. Avoid submerging the burner in water or placing it in the dishwasher, as this can weaken the ceramic over time. Keep it away from sudden temperature changes, such as moving it from a cold surface to direct heat, to prevent cracking. With a little gentle care, your chimney burner will remain a cherished part of your sacred space.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, custom or made-to-size items and opened consumables can't be returned.
