A cut method is another option: divide the deck into two or three piles and reassemble them in a different order. Repeat either method as many times as you like before drawing.

Three-Card Spread: Shuffle the deck and lay three cards face down in a row. Flip them left to right. Assign the first card to the past, the second to the present, and the third to the future. This spread works well when you are working through a specific situation or decision.
