This ritual is an act of coming home to yourself. Set aside at least twenty to thirty minutes in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted. You do not need to be an experienced practitioner — only willing and present.
- Prepare your space by tidying the area where you will work. Dim the lights if possible, and place your candle holders on a stable, heat-safe surface. You may wish to have a journal nearby to record any thoughts or feelings that arise.
- Take a few slow, deep breaths before you begin. Place both hands over your heart and allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment. Let go of the day and soften into the intention of this ritual.
- Begin by lighting the white candle first. As the flame catches, speak aloud or silently: "I release what is not mine to carry. I am clear. I am open. I am ready to receive love."
- Next, light the pink candles one at a time. With each flame, say: "I am worthy of gentleness. I offer myself the same compassion I give freely to others."
- Light the deep rose candle and sit with it for a moment before moving on. This candle bridges softness and strength. You may simply breathe here and allow whatever feelings arise to be present without judgment.
- Light the red candles last. With each one, speak: "I am alive in my worth. I claim my space. I am rooted in love that begins with me."
- Sit with all the candles burning for as long as feels right. You may journal, meditate, repeat your affirmations, or simply rest in the warmth and light.
- To close the ritual, thank yourself for showing up. You may allow the candles to burn down fully in a safe setting, or gently extinguish them with a candle snuffer. Avoid blowing them out, as many practitioners prefer to preserve the energy of the flame rather than dispersing it with breath.
- Repeat this ritual as often as you feel called — during the new moon, on difficult days, or whenever you need a reminder of your own light.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, custom or made-to-size items and opened consumables can't be returned.
