This ritual is designed to be performed with care, presence, and an open heart. There is no right or wrong way to pray — let this guide support you in creating a sacred container for your intention.
- Choose a quiet time when you will not be disturbed. Cleanse your space by opening a window, burning herbs, or using sound to shift the energy of the room.
- Set up a small altar or clean surface. You may wish to include items that feel meaningful to your intention — a rose quartz crystal, a symbol of the moon, a photo, flowers, or anything that represents the life you are calling in.
- Place your candles in front of you. Arrange them in three groups or a single row — green in the centre, orange to one side, and white to the other.
- Take several slow, deep breaths. Place both hands over your womb space or your heart. Feel your body. Feel your longing. Let it be present without judgment.
- Light the first green candle and speak aloud or in your heart: I am fertile ground. I welcome growth, life, and abundance into my body and my world.
- Light the first orange candle and say: My body is alive with creative power. I release fear and open myself fully to the miracle of creation.
- Light the first white candle and say: I am held and guided by something greater than myself. I surrender this prayer to the divine and trust in the timing of all things.
- Sit with the candles as they burn. You may journal, meditate, visualise, or simply rest in the warmth of the light. Allow yourself to feel hopeful — even briefly.
- Repeat this ritual over three sessions, lighting one candle of each colour each time, until all nine candles have been used. You may space the sessions across three consecutive days, three nights of the new or full moon, or whenever you feel called.
- To close each session, place your hands over your heart and offer a simple word of gratitude — for your body, for your hope, and for the journey you are on. Extinguish any remaining flame safely and allow the energy of the ritual to settle.
