This ritual is designed to help you clear stagnant energy and consciously call inspiration back into your life. Move through it slowly, with intention, allowing each candle to carry your focus deeper into the work.
- Choose a quiet time when you will not be interrupted. Clear your space physically — tidy the area around you, open a window briefly if possible, and remove anything that feels cluttered or heavy.
- Gather your candle holders and place them in a line or a small arc in front of you. Have a journal or a blank piece of paper nearby in case something arises that you want to capture.
- Sit quietly for a few moments with your hands resting in your lap. Breathe slowly and ask yourself: what have I been longing to create, explore, or begin? Let the answer come without judgment.
- Light the white candle first to purify your space and your mind. As you light it, speak aloud or silently: "I release what is stale. I clear the way for something new."
- Light the yellow candle next to awaken mental clarity and openness. Speak: "My mind is clear, curious, and ready to receive."
- Light the orange candle to stir your creative and emotional vitality. Speak: "I welcome the joy of creation. Inspiration moves through me freely."
- Light the gold candle last to seal the ritual with higher intention and abundance. Speak: "I align with the vision that is meant for me. I am guided, I am ready, I am inspired."
- Sit with the candles burning for as long as feels right — even ten minutes of quiet presence can be deeply powerful. You may journal, sketch, daydream, or simply breathe and receive.
- When you are ready to close, take three slow breaths and offer a simple word of gratitude. You may allow the candles to burn down fully in a safe setting, or extinguish them gently and return to the ritual across multiple sessions.
