To use your Green Mullein Energy Cleansing Stick, begin by placing a heat-safe dish or abalone shell on a stable, flat surface away from curtains, paper, or anything flammable. Light the tip of the bundle and allow it to catch a small flame before gently blowing it out, letting the bundle smolder and release its smoke. Hold the stick over your heat-safe dish at all times to catch any falling ash, and always burn in a well-ventilated room — open a window to allow stagnant energy to move out along with the smoke. Never leave a lit or smoldering bundle unattended, and keep it well out of reach of children and pets throughout your practice.
Before you begin, take a moment to set a clear intention for what you want to shift or release. This could be tension from a difficult week, lingering emotional heaviness, or simply the desire to reset the space after a busy day. Once your bundle is smoldering, move slowly through the room, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, doorways, and areas where energy tends to feel heavy.
