To use your Green Sage Stick, hold the tip at a slight angle and light it with a match or lighter, allowing the flame to catch for a few seconds before gently blowing it out so the bundle begins to smolder. Once it's releasing a steady stream of fragrant smoke, slowly walk through your space, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, doorways, and areas where the energy feels heavy or stagnant. You can also hold it near your body, moving it around your aura from feet to head, to help refresh and reset your personal energy field. A feather, fan, or your hand can be used to direct the smoke where you'd like it to go.

Always place your smoldering bundle in a heat-safe dish, abalone shell, or ceramic bowl between uses to catch any falling ash and protect surfaces from heat. Burn in a well-ventilated room by opening a window or door — this allows the smoke to carry stagnant or unwanted energy out of the space rather than simply circulating it. Never leave a burning bundle unattended, and keep it well away from children, pets, curtains, paper, and any other flammable materials. When you're finished, press the tip firmly into sand, soil, or a fireproof surface to fully extinguish it, and confirm there is no remaining ember before storing it away.

For a more intentional practice, take a moment before lighting your bundle to set a clear purpose for your session — whether that's resetting the energy in your home after a difficult day, preparing your space before meditation or journaling, or simply creating a fresh, focused atmosphere for creative work. Starting at the front door and moving through each room in a deliberate path is a grounding way to work through a full space reset. You can pair your Green Sage Stick with a piece of Selenite or Black Tourmaline on your altar to reinforce the shift in energy, or follow up with a calming candle or a few minutes of quiet breathwork to settle into the renewed atmosphere you've created.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, custom or made-to-size items and opened consumables can't be returned.
