Heal Your Body
Known affectionately as the “Little Blue Book,” this international bestseller taught millions how to overcome illness and dis-ease with the power of affirmations.
Heal Your Body is a step-by-step guidebook for healing yourself. Just look up your specific health challenge and you will find the probable cause for this health issue and the information you need to overcome it by creating a new thought pattern using positive affirmations.
Louise Hay was a bestselling author and pioneer in the self-help field. Her key message was: “If we are willing to do the mental work, almost anything can be healed.” Louise Hay had a great deal of experience and firsthand information to share about healing—including how she cured herself after having been diagnosed with cancer.
Chapters in Heal Your Body include:
- The Point of Power Is in the Present Moment
- Mental Equivalents
- Replacing Old Patterns
- Healing Affirmations
- Spinal Misalignments
- Further Comments
- Loving Treatment
“I suggest that you make a list of every ailment you’ve ever had and look up the mental causes. You’ll discover a pattern that will show you a lot about yourself. Select a few of the affirmations and do them for a month. This will help eliminate old patterns that you’ve been carrying for a long time.
When we can truly live from the loving space of the heart, approving of ourselves and trusting the Divine Power to provide for us, then peace and joy will fill our lives, and illness and uncomfortable experiences will cease to be in our experience.
Our goal is to live happy, healthy lives, enjoying our own company. Love dissolves anger, love releases resentment, love dissipates fear, and love creates safety. When you can come from a space of totally loving yourself, then everything in your life must flow with ease, harmony, health, prosperity, and joy.
Love yourself as much as you can, and all of life will mirror this love back to you.”
Life loves you, and so do I,
— Louise Hay

Shipping: Some products require additional processing time because they may be handmade or individually prepared, sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors, or otherwise require additional preparation before dispatch.
This can include, but is not limited to, tarot and oracle decks, books, select singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments, handmade bracelets and malas, and other supplier-sourced or individually prepared products.
Supplier-sourced products may be fulfilled from Zen Collection's available inventory or sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors after your order is placed. When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.
Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.
Website availability or an “In Stock” status may include inventory available through our supplier or distributor network and does not necessarily mean the item is physically on hand at our Barrie store or ready for immediate dispatch.
Supplier inventory and lead times can change without notice. Products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable, backordered, allocated, delayed, discontinued, reprinted, revised, repackaged, or otherwise affected by supplier-side changes.
During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume sales events, supplier delays, or other periods of increased demand, sourcing, handmade preparation, order processing, and dispatch may take longer than the usual estimates.
Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.
If your purchase is a gift, needed for a specific date, or otherwise time-sensitive, please contact Zen Collection before placing your order. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance rather than waiting until the last minute.
Zen Collection cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date and does not accept rush-order requests or guarantee priority sourcing, making, preparation, or processing.
