To use your Hem Anti-Stress Incense Cones, begin by placing one cone upright in a heat-safe incense holder or cone burner on a stable, level surface. Using a match or lighter, carefully ignite the tip of the cone until a small flame appears and the tip begins to glow. Gently blow out the flame and allow the cone to smoulder, releasing its soft floral, woody, and herbal fragrance into your space. The cone will burn steadily for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, filling your room with a gentle, lingering calm. If you need to extinguish it before it has burned completely, carefully submerge the tip in water to fully extinguish any ember.
Burning incense safely is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate, and ensure your burner is placed on a heat-resistant surface well away from curtains, fabrics, paper, and any other flammable materials. Keep lit incense out of reach of children and pets, and never leave burning incense unattended. When your ritual is complete, confirm that the cone is fully extinguished before leaving the room or going to sleep.

Find a comfortable seat nearby, close your eyes, and take a few slow, conscious breaths as the fragrance begins to rise.
