To use your HEM Forest Incense Cones, begin by placing one cone upright in a heat-safe incense holder designed specifically for cones, setting it on a stable, fire-resistant surface. Light the very tip of the cone and allow it to catch a flame for approximately 10 to 15 seconds until a small, glowing ember forms. Gently blow out the flame and watch as the cone begins to smolder, releasing its rich, earthy fragrance into your space. Each cone will burn for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, filling your environment with the grounding scents of pine, moss, and forest earth.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
