To use your Hem Palo Santo Incense Cones, begin by placing a cone securely in a heat-resistant incense holder designed for cones, ensuring the tip faces upward. Hold a flame to the tip for approximately 10 to 15 seconds until it catches and glows, then gently blow out the flame so the cone smoulders and releases its warm, sacred smoke. Allow the rich, woody fragrance to drift naturally through your space, and let the cone burn completely in its holder for the full aromatic experience.
Safety is an important part of any mindful ritual. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the fragrant smoke. Place your holder on a stable, heat-safe surface away from curtains, paper, fabric, and any other flammable materials. Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
