To use your Palo Santo with Green Serenity Herbs stick, hold one end at a 45-degree angle and light the tip using a match or lighter. Allow the flame to catch for about 20 to 30 seconds, then gently blow it out so the stick begins to smolder and release its aromatic smoke. Walk slowly through your space, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, doorways, and any areas where you want to shift the energy. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly into a heat-safe dish, abalone shell, or fireproof bowl filled with sand to extinguish it fully. Never leave a burning or smoldering stick unattended, and always burn in a well-ventilated area by opening a window or door to allow fresh air to circulate.
Keep your Palo Santo stick away from children, pets, and any flammable materials while in use. Make sure your extinguishing dish is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface throughout your practice. The stick can be relit and reused multiple times, so there is no need to burn it all at once. Store used sticks in a dry, safe place between sessions.
