To use your Rose Energy Cleansing Stick, begin by placing a heat-safe dish or incense burner on a stable, non-flammable surface. Open a window or door to allow fresh air to circulate before you begin — good ventilation makes the experience more comfortable and helps carry stagnant energy out of the space. Hold the tip of the bundle over a flame until it catches, then gently blow it out so it smoulders and begins to release its smoke. If it goes out, simply re-light it as needed. Move slowly through your space, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, along doorways, and around furniture. When you're finished, press the lit end firmly into your heat-safe dish to extinguish it fully. Never leave a burning bundle unattended, and always keep it well away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable.
