To begin your ritual with the Satya Meditation Incense Set, hold the uncoated tip of the incense stick to a flame and allow it to catch for a few seconds before gently blowing it out. You should see a glowing ember at the tip and a steady, fragrant stream of smoke rising upward — this means your incense is properly lit. Place the stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder positioned on a stable, non-flammable surface such as a ceramic dish, wooden block holder, or ash catcher. Allow the smoke to drift naturally through your space as the stick burns down. Each stick offers approximately 45 minutes of continuous burn time, giving you a generous window for deep, unhurried practice.
Please always burn incense in a well-ventilated area — open a window or door to allow fresh air to circulate and smoke to move freely through your space. Never leave burning incense unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room. Keep lit incense well away from curtains, paper, fabrics, and any other flammable materials. This set should be kept out of reach of children and pets, as both the burning stick and the ash can cause harm. When you are ready to extinguish the stick before it has fully burned, simply press the glowing tip firmly against a heat-safe surface or dip it briefly in a small amount of sand or salt.

You might whisper your intention aloud, hold it silently in your heart, or write it down in a journal before you begin. Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
