Place the stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder positioned on a stable, non-flammable surface such as a ceramic dish, wooden block holder, or ash catcher. Allow the smoke to drift naturally through your space as the stick burns down. Each stick offers approximately 45 minutes of continuous burn time, giving you a generous window for deep, unhurried practice.
Please always burn incense in a well-ventilated area — open a window or door to allow fresh air to circulate and smoke to move freely through your space. Never leave burning incense unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room. Keep lit incense well away from curtains, paper, fabrics, and any other flammable materials. This set should be kept out of reach of children and pets, as both the burning stick and the ash can cause harm.
