Scent Note: Scent is a deeply personal experience — what smells bold and earthy to one person may feel light and sweet to another. Every nose is different, and that is completely normal. Scent intensity and character may also vary slightly between batches due to the handcrafted nature of these incense products. If you have ordered multiple scents, we recommend storing and airing each box in a separate area, as aromas can mingle during shipping.
To begin your Reiki incense ritual, place a heat-resistant incense holder or burner on a stable, flat surface away from open windows or fans. Hold the tip of your Satya Reiki incense stick at a gentle angle and light it with a flame, allowing it to catch and glow for a few seconds. Softly blow out the flame so the tip begins to smolder and release its healing aromatic smoke. Rest the unlit end securely in your holder and allow the gentle, herbal fragrance to fill your space as you settle into your practice.
Safety is an important part of any mindful ritual. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated area to allow the smoke to circulate freely and comfortably. Use only a proper, heat-resistant incense holder designed to catch any falling ash. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room or drifting into sleep. Keep lit incense well out of reach of children and pets, and place your burner away from curtains, paper, fabrics, or any other flammable materials. Practicing these simple precautions allows you to remain fully present and at ease throughout your session.
As the soft, uplifting smoke begins to rise, take a slow breath and bring your awareness inward. This is a beautiful moment to set a clear and heartfelt intention — whether you are opening a Reiki session, inviting balance into your Heart and Crown chakras, or simply creating a sacred space for meditation and reflection. You may whisper your intention aloud or hold it quietly in your heart as the aromatic herbs and resins gently shift the energy of your space. Allow the approximately 30–40 minutes of burn time to anchor you in stillness, supporting a deeper connection to universal healing energy and your own inner calm.
