To use your Satya Super Hit Dhoop Cones, begin by placing a cone upright in a heat-resistant dhoop cone holder or incense burner, ensuring it is seated securely on a stable, flat surface. Using a lighter or match, carefully ignite the very tip of the cone and allow it to catch a small flame. Once the tip glows orange and begins to smoulder, gently blow out the flame and let the cone release its rich, aromatic smoke. Because dhoop cones are denser than stick incense, they produce a fuller, more robust smoke — perfect for filling your space with their warm, resinous fragrance. Allow the cone to burn at its own pace and enjoy the slow, steady release of its sacred aroma throughout your practice.
Safety is an important part of any mindful ritual. Always burn your incense cones in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate and prevent smoke from becoming overwhelming. Use only a proper heat-resistant holder designed for cone incense, and place it on a fireproof surface well away from curtains, paper, fabric, or any other flammable materials. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always ensure cones are fully extinguished before leaving the room. Keep burning incense out of reach of children and pets, and if you need to extinguish a cone early, carefully submerge the glowing tip in water to ensure it is completely out.
