White Sage Stick
If your space has been feeling heavy lately — tense after an argument, drained from a hard week, or just off in a way you can't quite put your finger on — it's a sign the energy around you needs a reset. That kind of buildup affects how you think, how you sleep, and how you feel at home, and it's more common than most people realize. A White Sage Stick is one of the simplest and most effective ways to clear it out, giving you a clean slate so your space actually feels like yours again.
Pairs well with
Type: White Sage Bundle
Available Sizes: 4" and 6" bundles
Origin: Responsibly sourced from California
Scent Profile: Sharp, earthy, and herbaceous — a clean, grounding smoke that clears the air and signals a reset
Burn Time: Varies depending on bundle size and how long each cleansing session runs — sage can be extinguished and relit multiple times
Contents: One 100% natural dried white sage bundle
Natural Variation: As a natural product, each piece will vary slightly in size, shape, weight, and colour. This is part of its beauty and authenticity — no two are exactly alike.
Safety Warning: Always burn in a well-ventilated area. Use a heat-safe dish or proper holder. Never leave burning products unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and all flammable materials. Extinguish fully after use.
To use your white sage stick, begin by opening a window or door to allow for proper airflow — this is important both for ventilation and to give any stagnant energy a way to move out of the space. Hold the tip of the sage bundle over a flame until it catches, then gently blow it out so it begins to smolder. Place it in a heat-safe dish or abalone shell to catch any falling ash, and carry it carefully through the area you want to reset. Move slowly through each room, paying extra attention to corners, doorways, and areas that feel heavy or unsettled. Never leave a lit or smoldering bundle unattended, and keep it well away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable.
As you move through your space, hold a clear intention in mind for what you want to shift. You might focus on releasing tension after a difficult day, refreshing the energy before a meditation session, or simply resetting the space so it feels lighter and more like your own. If you have an eagle feather or fan, you can use it to direct the smoke into specific areas with more precision. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly into your heat-safe dish until it is fully extinguished, and allow it to cool completely before putting it away or storing it.
White sage works well as part of a broader ritual practice. Many people start with sage to clear the space, then follow up with braided sweetgrass to invite in warmer, more grounded energy once the reset is complete. You can also use it to refresh your crystals, tarot cards, or other tools by passing them slowly through the smoke. Pairing it with black tourmaline nearby during your practice adds an extra layer of grounding and protection. Whether you use it occasionally or as part of a regular routine, even a few mindful minutes with your sage stick can make a noticeable difference in how your space feels.
