Hold the tip of the sage bundle over a flame until it catches, then gently blow it out so it begins to smolder. Place it in a heat-safe dish or abalone shell to catch any falling ash, and carry it carefully through the area you want to reset. Move slowly through each room, paying extra attention to corners, doorways, and areas that feel heavy or unsettled. Never leave a lit or smoldering bundle unattended, and keep it well away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable.
As you move through your space, hold a clear intention in mind for what you want to shift.
