1. Choose one intention.
Write a clear dream, question or goal in your journal before opening the bottle.
2. Use a small amount.
Pour a little into a separate ritual bowl or onto a clean disposable cotton pad or cloth. Keep it away from bedding, skin, electronics and furniture.
3. Create a ritual cue.
Place the bowl safely near your altar or journaling area while you visualize the feeling or next step connected to your intention.
4. Close and record.
Dispose of used liquid responsibly, store the bottle upright and write down any thoughts or dreams you remember later.
Safety: Follow the physical bottle label. Do not ingest or apply to skin. Keep away from children, pets, eyes, electronics, flames, finished wood, fabrics, porous stone and other moisture-sensitive materials. Store upright and tightly capped.
