1. Pause and check in.
Name the feeling or atmosphere you want to release before opening the bottle.
2. Use a small amount.
Pour a little into a separate ritual bowl or onto a clean disposable cotton pad or cloth. Do not apply it to your body or pour it onto valuables.
3. Work around your space.
Place the bowl near your meditation area or move the dampened pad through the surrounding space while breathing slowly and focusing on your intention.
4. Ground afterward.
Dispose of used liquid responsibly, drink plain water, rest or journal about what you want to carry forward.
Safety: Follow the physical bottle label. Do not ingest or apply to skin. Keep away from children, pets, eyes, electronics, flames, finished wood, fabrics, porous stone and other moisture-sensitive materials. Store upright and tightly capped.
