Zen OS

Zen OS is Zen Collection’s internal business operations and automation system. It is used by authorized Zen Collection personnel to support ecommerce operations, marketing analysis, advertising management, reporting, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.

What Zen OS Does

Zen OS connects approved business systems so Zen Collection can securely analyze performance, manage operational workflows, and make evidence-based improvements to its own website, advertising, and customer experience.

Google Services and Google Ads

Zen OS connects to Google services, including Google Ads, only when access has been authorized by Zen Collection. Depending on the connected service, Zen OS may access business account information such as campaign configuration, advertising performance, search and keyword data, conversion reporting, account settings, and related operational data.

This access is used only to operate, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve Zen Collection’s own advertising and business systems.

Data Use and Privacy

Zen OS does not sell Google user data or use Google account data for unrelated third-party advertising purposes. Access is limited to the purposes required to operate Zen Collection’s authorized business systems.

Use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
