Hold a flame to the very tip of the stick for approximately 10 to 15 seconds until the end begins to glow and ember. Gently blow out the flame and allow the warm, resinous smoke to rise freely. The stick will slowly release its sacred fragrance for 45 to 60 minutes, filling your space with a gentle, meditative energy that supports deep presence and stillness.

Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the aromatic smoke. Never leave a burning incense stick unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room or going to sleep. Keep your incense and holder well away from curtains, paper, fabrics, and any other flammable materials. Please ensure burning incense is kept out of reach of children and pets, and always use a proper, stable holder designed to catch any falling ash safely.
