Hold a flame to the very tip of the stick for about 10 to 15 seconds until it catches and glows, then gently blow out the flame. Allow the stick to burn naturally for its full 30 to 45 minutes, or carefully extinguish it by pressing the lit tip against a fireproof surface if you need to stop early. Never use water to extinguish a stick you plan to relight later.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, custom or made-to-size items and opened consumables can't be returned.
