Quantity: Each order contains ONE retail pack as described above. This is not a wholesale box or bulk case.
Scent Note: Scent is a deeply personal experience — what smells bold and earthy to one person may feel light and sweet to another. Every nose is different, and that is completely normal. Scent intensity and character may also vary slightly between batches due to the handcrafted nature of these incense products. If you have ordered multiple scents, we recommend storing and airing each box in a separate area, as aromas can mingle during shipping.
To use your Hem Ylang Ylang Incense Sticks, hold the coated tip of the stick to a flame and allow it to catch for a few seconds before gently blowing it out. You should see a softly glowing ember and a thin trail of fragrant smoke rising from the tip — this means your incense is burning beautifully. Place the uncoated end securely into an incense holder designed for stick incense, positioning it over a heat-safe dish or tray to catch any falling ash. Allow the warm, floral fragrance to fill your space and simply enjoy the experience as the stick burns down naturally.
Please keep safety in mind whenever you burn incense. Always use in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate, and never leave burning incense unattended. Keep your incense away from curtains, paper, fabric, and any other flammable materials, and always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure incense is kept out of reach of children and pets, and make sure the ember is fully extinguished before leaving the room or going to sleep.
Ylang ylang carries a deeply heart-centred energy, making these sticks a wonderful companion for meditation, intention-setting, and heart chakra work. Before lighting your incense, take a moment to set a clear intention — whether that is inviting more love and warmth into your life, grounding your energy after a busy day, or simply creating a peaceful sanctuary in your home. Light your stick as you speak your intention aloud or hold it quietly in your heart, then allow the rising smoke to carry that energy into your space. These sticks are also lovely to use during journaling, gentle yoga, or any practice where you wish to soften the energy around you and open yourself to a more present and connected state of being.
