This ritual is best performed in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted, ideally in the evening or at night when the energy of the moon and the subconscious mind is most active. You do not need any prior experience — only a willingness to be still and to listen.
- Choose a clean, flat surface and place your candle holders in a comfortable arrangement in front of you. Dim the lights or work by natural darkness to encourage a receptive, inward state.
- Take a few slow, deep breaths and set a clear intention for your ritual. You might ask to strengthen your intuition, to receive clarity on a specific situation, or simply to open yourself more fully to your own inner guidance.
- Begin by lighting the white candle, saying aloud or in your mind: "I open myself to truth. I release doubt and welcome clarity."
- Light the indigo candle next and speak: "My third eye is open. I trust what I see, feel, and know beyond words."
- Light the purple candle and say: "I am connected to the wisdom of my higher self. I am open to receiving guidance in all its forms."
- Finally, light the silver candle and speak: "What has been hidden is now revealed. I see clearly by the light within me."
- Sit quietly with the candles for as long as feels right. You may choose to meditate, journal, pull a tarot or oracle card, or simply rest in the stillness and notice what arises — images, feelings, words, or a quiet sense of knowing.
- When you are ready to close the ritual, take a final deep breath and offer gratitude for any insight received, whether it arrived clearly or as a subtle impression. Extinguish the candles gently, beginning with the silver and ending with the white. You may relight them in subsequent sessions to continue your practice.
