Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, custom or made-to-size items and opened consumables can't be returned. Damaged, broken, wrong or missing items are covered under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy.
