To use your Native Soul White Sage and Cedar Incense Sticks, begin by selecting a calm, intentional moment for your practice. Hold the stick at a slight downward angle and bring a flame to the tip, allowing it to catch and glow for several seconds. Gently blow out the flame so that the tip settles into a steady, slow burn, releasing a continuous thread of fragrant smoke. Rest the stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder placed on a stable, non-flammable surface, and allow the grounding aroma of white sage and cedarwood to fill your space naturally. If the stick extinguishes during use, simply relight and continue. When you are finished, press the glowing tip gently into sand or ash to extinguish it safely.

Never leave a burning stick unattended, and keep incense well out of reach of children and pets.
