Scent Profile: Warm, honeyed, and resinous with soft sweet and sunlit notes. Comforting and gently uplifting rather than overpowering — evocative of sun-warmed wood and golden sweetness.

Burn Time: Small pieces typically smolder for approximately 5–20 minutes when placed on a lit charcoal disk. Burn time will vary depending on piece size and airflow.

Burn Method: Burn on a charcoal disk placed in a heatproof resin burner or censer. Charcoal disks and burners are sold separately.

Natural Variation: As a natural product, each piece will vary slightly in size, shape, weight, and colour. This is part of its beauty and authenticity — no two are exactly alike.

Safety Warning: Always burn in a well-ventilated area. Use a heat-safe dish or proper holder. Never leave burning products unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and all flammable materials. Extinguish fully after use.

Resin Burning Note: Resin incense requires a charcoal disk to burn. The charcoal disk and resin burner get extremely hot during use — always handle with care and place on a heat-safe surface.

To burn Natural Honey Amber Resin, you will need a charcoal disk, a heatproof resin burner or heat-safe bowl filled with sand, and a pair of tongs. Light the edge of the charcoal disk using a lighter or match and hold it with tongs — never with bare hands — until it begins to glow and spark across the surface, which usually takes about 30 to 60 seconds. Place the lit disk into your sand-filled burner and allow it to fully ash over for another minute or two before adding a small piece of honey amber on top. The resin will begin to melt and release its warm, honeyed smoke within moments. A single small nugget typically smolders for 5 to 20 minutes depending on its size and the heat of the charcoal. Always burn resin in a well-ventilated room, keep the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface well away from flammables, curtains, and any surface that can be damaged by heat, and never leave burning charcoal or resin unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times.

For space clearing, place your lit resin burner in the center of a room or near an area that feels heavy, stagnant, or in need of a refresh. Allow the warm, resinous smoke to drift naturally through the space, or gently direct it into corners and along doorways using a feather or your hand to help shift the energy and invite a lighter, more focused atmosphere. This works well before a work session, after a stressful event, or whenever you want to reset the space and create a fresh start. For your altar or dedicated ritual area, let the resin burn nearby while you set out crystals, candles, or meaningful objects to establish a clear, intentional environment.

To use honey amber in a personal practice, try placing a tumble or raw nugget over your solar plexus while lying down, or holding it in your non-dominant hand during seated meditation. Breathe slowly and focus on a specific intention — confidence before a creative project, emotional steadiness during a challenging period, or simply a sense of grounded, warm energy to carry through the day. You can also write a short intention on paper, place it beneath your resin burner, and sit quietly with the burning amber while you hold that intention in mind. For everyday support outside of formal practice, keeping a small piece in your pocket or on your desk allows you to touch it as a simple, grounding reminder throughout the day.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
