Peace Candle
When the mind will not quiet and a sense of calm feels just out of reach, it is often a sign that something deeper is asking for stillness. The weight of daily tension, restless thoughts, and a heart that cannot seem to settle are all invitations to return to centre. The Peace Candle is a gentle ritual tool to help you release what no longer serves and restore the tranquil, grounded presence that is your natural state.

This simple ritual can be performed any time you feel called to restore calm, clear your mind, or deepen your spiritual practice. Set aside at least 20 to 30 minutes in a space where you will not be disturbed.
- Prepare your space: Clear the area around you of clutter. You may wish to cleanse the space with sound, smoke, or simply by opening a window and setting a conscious intention. Place your candle in a secure chime candle holder on a heat-safe surface.
- Set your intention: Hold the unlit candle in your hands for a moment. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Think about what peace means to you right now — what you are releasing and what you are welcoming in. Speak your intention aloud or silently into the candle.
- Light the candle with presence: As you strike the match or flick the lighter, do so slowly and with awareness. Watch the flame catch and settle. Let this moment mark the beginning of your ritual.
- Meditate or hold an affirmation: Sit comfortably and gaze softly at the flame. Breathe slowly and repeat an affirmation such as: I am at peace. I release what I cannot control. I trust in the stillness within me. Allow thoughts to arise and pass without holding onto them.
- Close the ritual: When the candle has burned out naturally, take a final deep breath and offer gratitude for the time you gave yourself. You may journal any insights, feelings, or shifts you noticed during the ritual. Dispose of any remaining wax with the intention of releasing what you named at the start.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, custom or made-to-size items and opened consumables can't be returned.
