Premium Root Chakra Healing Set

• Tuning Fork (194.18 Hz): Produces a grounding planetary frequency traditionally associated with the Root Chakra. Used to calm the nervous system, reduce restlessness, and encourage a sense of physical security.
• Singing Bowl (256 Hz / C Note): The deep C-note resonance of this Tibetan brass bowl is traditionally used to anchor awareness, support nervous system regulation, and encourage a steady, present-moment state.
• Crystal Bracelet (Red Jasper, Black Tourmaline, Obsidian): Red Jasper supports endurance and grounding; Black Tourmaline is used for energetic protection; Obsidian is traditionally associated with clearing and shielding.
• Intention Candle (Cedar & Clove): The warm, woody scent of cedar paired with spicy clove creates a grounding atmosphere that supports meditation, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.

The Root Chakra (Muladhara) is located at the base of the spine and governs your sense of safety, stability, and physical grounding. When balanced, it supports a steady, present, and secure feeling in the body. When blocked, it may manifest as anxiety, restlessness, or a sense of disconnection from the physical world.

• Primary Chakra: Root Chakra (Muladhara)
• Color: Red
• Element: Earth
• Planet: Saturn
• Associated Zodiac: Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo
• Affirmation: "I am safe. I am grounded. I belong here."

• Tuning Fork: Strike gently against the rubber mallet and hold near the base of the spine or the soles of the feet. Let the vibration settle for 30–60 seconds before repeating.
• Singing Bowl: Place on the cushion on a flat surface. Strike gently with the mallet to produce a sustained tone, or circle the rim slowly to build a continuous resonance. Use at the start or end of meditation.
• Crystal Bracelet: Wear on your left wrist to receive the crystal's energy, or right wrist to project it outward. Set an intention before putting it on.
• Intention Candle: Light before meditation, journaling, or breathwork. State your Root Chakra intention aloud or silently as you light the flame. Never leave burning candles unattended.
• Affirmation Card: Place on your altar, desk, or mirror as a daily grounding reminder.

Shipping: Some products require additional processing time because they may be handmade or individually prepared, sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors, or otherwise require additional preparation before dispatch.

This can include, but is not limited to, tarot and oracle decks, books, select singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments, handmade bracelets and malas, and other supplier-sourced or individually prepared products.

Supplier-sourced products may be fulfilled from Zen Collection's available inventory or sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors after your order is placed. When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.

Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.

Website availability or an “In Stock” status may include inventory available through our supplier or distributor network and does not necessarily mean the item is physically on hand at our Barrie store or ready for immediate dispatch.

Supplier inventory and lead times can change without notice. Products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable, backordered, allocated, delayed, discontinued, reprinted, revised, repackaged, or otherwise affected by supplier-side changes.

During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume sales events, supplier delays, or other periods of increased demand, sourcing, handmade preparation, order processing, and dispatch may take longer than the usual estimates.

Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.

If your purchase is a gift, needed for a specific date, or otherwise time-sensitive, please contact Zen Collection before placing your order. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance rather than waiting until the last minute.

Zen Collection cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date and does not accept rush-order requests or guarantee priority sourcing, making, preparation, or processing.
