To use Satya Meditation Incense, hold the stick at its uncoated base and bring a flame to the tip, allowing it to catch and burn for a few seconds until a steady ember glows at the end. Gently blow out the flame so the stick begins to smolder and release its fragrant, devotional smoke. Place the stick securely in a proper incense holder — ideally one designed for standard 10-inch sticks — and set it in your chosen meditation space, giving the aroma a few moments to gently fill the room before you begin your practice.
Please keep a few important safety considerations in mind whenever you burn incense. Always use your incense in a well-ventilated space to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the smoke. Never leave a burning stick unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room. Keep burning incense away from children, pets, and any flammable materials such as curtains, paper, or fabric. A heat-resistant surface beneath your holder adds an extra layer of care and helps protect your altar or tabletop.
