To begin your practice, place one Satya Yoga Ritual incense stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder set on a stable, flat surface. Hold a flame to the very tip of the stick for a few seconds until it catches, then gently blow out the flame to reveal a softly glowing ember. A delicate thread of smoke will begin to rise, carrying the earthy, herbal fragrance through your space. Allow the stick to burn fully undisturbed, letting the natural 45-minute burn time guide the rhythm of your practice — a gentle, aromatic timer for your yoga session, breathwork, or meditation.
Safety is an important part of any mindful ritual. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to keep the air fresh and comfortable. Use a proper incense holder that fully supports the stick and catches any falling ash. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room. Keep burning sticks well away from curtains, paper, fabric, and any other flammable materials. This incense should be kept out of reach of children and pets, and placed on a surface where it cannot be knocked over.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
