1. Set your intention.
Decide what boundary or feeling you want to create before opening the bottle.
2. Use a small amount.
Pour a little into a separate ritual bowl or onto a clean disposable cotton pad or cloth. Do not pour directly onto valuables or surfaces.
3. Move through the space.
Place the bowl near an altar or entryway, or carry the dampened pad through the room while focusing on your intention.
4. Complete the reset.
Dispose of used liquid responsibly and pair the ritual with grounding actions such as opening a window, tidying, journaling or setting a clear boundary.
Safety: Follow the physical bottle label. Do not ingest or apply to skin. Keep away from children, pets, eyes, electronics, flames, finished wood, fabrics, porous stone and other moisture-sensitive materials. Store upright and tightly capped.
